Product Introduction
Graphite Crucibles
Graphite crucibles have high thermal conductivity and stable performance at high temperatures. Even at very high temperatures during use, they still maintain good performance.
They have a very small thermal expansion coefficient, and sudden temperature changes have minimal impact on crucible performance.
Graphite crucibles have superior performance in smelting alloy tool steel, non-ferrous metals and other alloys.
They are widely used in metallurgy, casting, machinery, chemical and other industrial sectors.
They have significant effects both technically and economically.
Advantages of Domestic Graphite Crucibles
- High Mechanical Density: Strong electrical conductivity, mature production process.
- Long Service Life: Special glaze layer on the surface, high material forming density, good corrosion resistance, significantly improved service life.
- Advanced Graphitization Process: After graphitization treatment, product performance is improved. If natural graphite graphitization is used, thermal conductivity can be further improved.
Usage Tips: Newly processed graphite crucibles should avoid contact with metal objects at too low temperatures at high temperatures to prevent surface cracking due to sudden temperature drops.
When smelting multiple varieties and small batches of alloys, graphite crucibles have more advantages. Only the crucible needs to be replaced to switch the type of metal being smelted.
The internal refractory lining needs to be replaced in time during use, otherwise it is easy to cause metal contamination.
Processing Range
Aohui Carbon can process graphite crucibles with diameters ranging from 300mm – 800mm, or customize processing according to customer requirements.
Graphite Crucible Features
- High thermal conductivity

Graphite Molds | Graphite Small Parts
Graphite molds are molds made of graphite materials. Due to their excellent electrical and thermal conductivity, they are widely used in copper continuous casting, purple copper continuous casting molds and other metal continuous casting processes.
Applications of Graphite Molds
-
Continuous and Semi-continuous Manufacturing of Non-ferrous Metals:
Copper alloys, aluminum, aluminum alloys and other smelting use continuous/semi-continuous melting methods. The excellent thermal conductivity and lubricity of graphite molds accelerate metal solidification and mold speed.
-
Graphite Molds for Pressure Casting:
Widely used in non-ferrous metal pressure casting, can be used to produce precision parts for automotive, machinery and other industries.
-
Centrifugal Casting:
Graphite molds have been successfully applied to centrifugal casting, greatly improving efficiency and product quality.
-
Hot Pressing Dies:
Artificial graphite hot pressing dies are used for hard alloy pressure sintering.
Features: When the temperature rises to 1350-1450℃, the required pressure is only 1/10 of cold pressing. Pressure and heating are synchronized, and dense sintered bodies can be quickly obtained.
-
Glass Forming Molds:
Graphite molds have excellent chemical stability, are not easily wetted by molten glass, do not change glass composition, are resistant to thermal shock, and have small thermal expansion.
Can be used to manufacture glass tubes, elbows, funnels and various special-shaped glass bottle casting molds.
